Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * Casual work attire * On-the-job training Store manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Day to day operations of the store * Opening and closing documentation * Supervising employee transactions * Adhering to AML, FFL, and MLA regulations * Properly completing and filing ATF forms * Online sales management * Accurately maintaining cash drawer and safe * Hiring and training of hourly employees * Testing, weighing, and accurately valuing precious metals * Previous experience with jewelry and/or firearms preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36,400.
