JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Retail Store Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area.
They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and team work.
They show integrity, following company guidelines in letter and spirit.
They are ultimately responsible for store sales and hold associates and self accountable for meeting company goal, treating all staff with respect and fairness.
They show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and very fast-paced environment.
Managers will be responsible for the following duties:
Maximizing profits and managing daily operations of the store, ensuring that production goals are met by staff.
Creating a positive store environment for staff and customers.
Hiring, scheduling, counseling and terminating staff.
Payroll/timekeeping.
Ensuring production goals and sales goals are met.
Closing store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports and secures facility for night.
Tracking expenses and maintaining reasonable expenses while maximizing sales.
Preparing and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Requires two to three years of management or assistant management experience having cash control responsibility.
HOURS: Stores are open M-Sat from 10am-8pm and open at 1pm on Sundays
