```Responsibilities:``` - Manage and supervise store employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Oversee store merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively - Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees - Implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets - Maintain a clean and organized store environment ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in retail sales or store management is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations - Proficient in payroll and administrative tasks - Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Bilingual (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and employees - Experience in employee orientation and training is a plus If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for retail management, we would love to hear from you.
