Store Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for the team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or management is required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus.
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
