Afternoon Floater/Teacher

We are currently seeking a part-time afternoon toddler teacher to join our HBK family.
Afternoon staff function as an assistant and must have the flexibility to work with all age groups.
The hours of this position will vary based on need but primarily will be 2:00-6:00.
Duties and Responsibilities.
* Provide activities, experiences and opportunities that help contribute to the growth and development of each child; * Maintain effective communication with children that fosters physical, social, emotional and intellectual development.
* Ensure supervision of children including playground activities; * Assist with breakfast, lunch and PM snack duties, general housekeeping duties and kitchen detail if assigned; * Maintain daily activities with children to include: changing diapers, feeding, playing, reading and daily cleaning; * Assist the Teacher of whichever classroom assigned; * Comply with Personnel Policies and Sanitation Regulations Requirements * Be 18 years or older * Have or willing to obtain NC Childcare Qualifying Letter * Negative TB screening * Must obtain a Physical Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.
00 - $11.
00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * CPR Certification (Preferred) * Childcare Qualifying Letter (Preferred) Work Location: In person
